Meet Pajtim Daci, the young and successful cheese producer from Debar in North Macedonia.
In the framework of the #IPA Cross-Border Project funded by Delegation of the European Union, Skopje, his product has been awarded with one of the most important food safety standards, #ORGANIC certification.
