Pra kopshti \u201cBreshia\u201d \u00ebsht\u00eb institucioni i par\u00eb publik komunal i f\u00ebmij\u00ebve parashkollor q\u00eb ka p\u00ebr detyr\u00eb kujdesin, zhvillimin, edukimin dhe arsimimin e f\u00ebmij\u00ebve, q\u00eb prej foshnjeve e gjer n\u00eb mosh\u00ebn 5 vjet e 8 muaj. Drejtori i par\u00eb vullnetar ka qen\u00eb Halit Basha pastaj Cvetko Llall\u00e7evskin,\u00a0 si dhe edukatoret e para Lirije Jani, Gjylsime Pje\u00e7a dhe Zora Vi\u00e7ishka. N\u00eb saj\u00eb t\u00eb rritjes permanente t\u00eb interesimit t\u00eb prind\u00ebrve n\u00eb vitin 1976 u nd\u00ebrtua edhe nj\u00eb objekt, i p\u00ebrshtatsh\u00ebm \u00a0ku u em\u00ebrua edhe drejtori i ri, tani i rregullt institucional Hysen Kosovrasti . M\u00eb von\u00eb filluan t\u00eb themelohen edhe paralele t\u00eb grup moshave m\u00eb t\u00eb reja, t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtohen sip\u00ebrfaqe t\u00eb reja t\u00eb objekteve. Organ udh\u00ebheq\u00ebs i institucionit, \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe K\u00ebshilli drejtues i p\u00ebrb\u00ebr\u00eb prej 7 antar\u00ebve\u00a0 dhe q\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb permanente v\u00ebzhgon \u00a0ecurit\u00eb e zhvillimit dhe pun\u00ebs n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb institucion.
